6COMPLAINTS - HOW TO REPORT DAMAGE TO PACKAGES AND GOODS?
If you notice any damage to the package on delivery, you have to open it in the presence of the courier and fill in the damage protocol together with him. Then send it to us via e-mail info@birdsecho.com together with a photo. After accepting the complaint, we will send a new product at our expense.
On the other hand, if after opening the package you notice any problem with the order, e.g. wrong size or color of mat, incomplete order, please let us know right away! Send an email to info@birdsecho.com with a photo of the problem. After investigating the complaint we will either send you the correct product or refund your money.

7IF YOU CAN RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT?
Yes, Birdsecho offers 14 days to return a standard product. Remember however that the returned product must not be damaged or used. For the return shipment please include the proof of purchase of the mat, your personal information, and the account number to which you would like to be refunded. Once we have received your product and the necessary information, we will refund your money within 10 days.
8WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE TO PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?
Yes, we are happy to fulfill custom orders! We can modify the design (color, pattern) and change the size of the mat. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email or using the contact form. Please note, however, that custom orders are non-refundable.
